- Rowdy has quickly become the “Go to” sire for us here in Colusa, particularly on gilts and he sires a low birthweight and really stamps lots of belts and chromes across the board
- This guy offers as much extension up front as any sire have in stud with an absolutely immaculate skeleton. He will sire tremendous reach and range of motion with a great pastern set and a longer, more functional hip and hind leg.
- Skeletal stoutness on this guy is awesome especially for a carrier, and no doubt his 51-1 Bad Man x Cowboy Swag mom helps him a great deal there. She is the same sow who raised BR 64-1 and she is becoming one of the most influential females to ever reside here at Ottenwalter Show Pigs
- Rowdy’s first crop on feed looks absolutely incredible. He sired a large percentage of our very best barrows and gilts sold throughout the summer, including the extremely impressive lots 1 in the 4/30 sale and lot 5 in the 10/8 Invasion Sale. He also sired the Reserve Dark Cross Barrow at Tulsa bred by Ryan Hunt.
