First pigs look incredible and they have consistently been “sharper fronted” and have VERY BIG hind legs!
The Different League 112’s were hands-down the best litter we produced in 2024, with each individual within the litter having extra special qualities. Mate barrows included our leadoff at the California’s Exclusive Sale at CYAE and Lauren Tadman’s dominant blue barrow who was Champion Light Cross at the NJSA Western Regional and Reserve Grand at Northern Exposure.
DL 112-1 is phenotypically as impressive as anything we made in 2024 and he would have been hell to get around as a show barrow. He comes with daddy’s bone and extra shag, and he advances DL in terms of both extension up front and sheer muscle shape. He is a big pinned, big-backed boar and his hind leg is ideal, his reach off both ends is truly impressive, and he is perfect on his front pasterns.
As impressive as the trio of DL 112’s has been every day of their lives, their 51-8 (Rowdy Rebound x Last Dance 53-7) dam makes them all the more genetically valuable. Not only is she the most beautiful sow residing in Colusa, but she brings a linebred pedigree that hails back to our very beginnings. It includes a shot of Wedding Night and the great 4-8 Perfect Remedy sow is in there a TON of times.
