- Family Man has been a large part of our program this past year and he saw as heavy of use as any of our boars in stud going into 2025.
- We love our Family Man pigs! And when it’s all said and done we will likely have more of his daughters in the herd than any other sire. Family Man is an extremely good built boar that still brings enough stoutness to win the big ones. He will correct pastern set and hock placement while at the same time adding muscle and pin width. He has proven a very fertile boar that’s been great to use on first time gilts and he is our go to choice for any of our more powered-uip females that simply need to be built better.
- His pedigree doubles up the great Rockstar 196-5 sow who not only has raised Game of Thrones, Game On, and Game Plan, but just as importantly she is the dam of the great 224 litter May We All sows which include the Grand Gilt at CYAE 2021 and the dam of both Buckle Down and the $100K Grand Gilt at CYAE 2023.
